  • Get one-on-one individualized attention [in person and virtual] and instruction with a 60-minute training session designed for you and your body. I will include personalized meal plan prepared specially for you based on your body type, your lifestyle, and your goals for no additional charge

  • Core work is different from strength-training programs that isolate a single muscle group. Instead, they challenge as many muscles as possible in integrated, coordinated movements. Core moves should engage your entire body, from head to toe.

     

  • To help you develop into The Incredible Hulk , I decided to feature a strength-training program designed to increase power and mass. My training program includes direction on type of exercise move, resistane size, frequency, number of reps, sets and rest time.

                                    

  • A signature 8- or 12-week immersive that combines weight training, mindset coaching, meal planning, breath work and habit formation- with weekly 1:1 virtual check-ins and visual progress tracking
